When in California, there are many places to go from Disneyland, Universal, Legoland, Seaworld to name a few.
Six Flags
Discovery Kingdom
Pixieland Amusement Park, Concord
Legoland
SeaWorld
Disneyland,
Knott's Berry
and more.
This March , my family is deliberating on two places - Legoland and SeaWorld. What is the difference between the two?
Wanting to know the difference between Legoland Sealife and SeaWorld, I ask a travel agent.
It's a miniature park called Legoland California which also has an aquarium located in Carlsbad, California. Lego toy brand alike. SeaLife is a family-friendly exhibitions of sea creatures. Interesting!
We found out that one can get Legoland by itself or add Sealife to the tickets.
SeaWorld is in San Diego - an animal theme park, oceanarium, outside aquarium, and marine mammal park.
Have some similarities, all cater to people who enjoy themed parks.
The best denominator are kids. It really depends on the age of the kids. Legoland is great for your preschool, early school age kids and younger kids. The rides are really geared toward them. The aquarium there is very small. But it’s still a fun add on for the little ones. Little ones are easy to please.
Now, I would say that SeaWorld is great for kids of all ages. So I’d say if the kids range in age from 4 – 9+, I’d opt for SeaWorld. There would be more interests for them there. But if all the children are say under 7, I would d opt for Legoland.
I choose Sea World be it. You can spend most of the day there and as there is plenty to do. If she could squeeze Legoland and Sea Life in too. Sea World is much bigger and better than Sea Life in my opinion however.
And a better deal for kids who are 13, 10, 7 is to get the Southern California city pass which include 3 day Disneyland Hopper pass, 1 Day Legoland and 1 day SeaWorld
Best deal ever!
